TERMS & CONDITIONS

Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are “out of stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you. When orders for more than one item are placed, all available items will be despatched ex stock. Remaining items will be despatched as soon as they are available.

Cancellation
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been despatched up to 7 days from receipt. (See return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase . Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly . If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund, less any postage costs and 10% handling charge.

Prices
All prices are ex works and exclusive of VAT. They may be subject to alteration without prior notice. Goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at date of despatch.

Will be charged on all orders as shown in the shopping cart (before a commitment to purchase has been made).
