Pump
International works with a number of charities and care
organisations, in developing countries or where there has been a
disaster. We are involved where drinking water has been
contaminated and unsafe to drink. We provide adapted pumps
and filters. Our filter pumps help to purify water so that
victims have clean, safe drinking water. Our pumps help to save
lives.
Our Pumps were recently used in Pakistan in the 2010
Monsoon flood crisis, the Cholera Epidemic in Hati October 2010, and
the 2011 floods in Columbia.
Sewage
Solutions
When
flooding occurs there are two major challenges for charities and care
organisations. A supply of safe drinking water has to be provided to
the victims. The other major challenge is dealing with sewage that
floods onto the streets and rivers. The sewage provides an
environment where dangerous diseases will develop. Our hand pumps are
used to safely pump away sewage from houses and streets where there
is no electrical supply.
