Since 2006 sales have increased by 60% year on the year. The success of the site has been driven by the quality and range of our products. Customers are able to buy products outside of normal business hours.A feature of the success of the site has been our customer service staff who regularly talk to clients on the phone, ensuring that they are selecting the right product.

During 2010 we have developed a customised water filter and pump as part of a safe drinking water solution with partner organisation the water charity - World Water Works. We have now provided over 1500 filter pumps. The filter pump is a key part of the World Water Works Water-Survival Boxes supplied to Humanity First UK. Humanity First UK staff based in Islamabad were responsible for getting the boxes through customs and delivered to the Pakistan National Disaster Management Agency, who organised distribution to families most in need. Water born diseases remain the biggest challenge in this terrible tragedy. The filter pump was specifically designed at the request of World Water Works. The Filter Pump is lightweight and does not require any electricity which makes it a critical tool for this humanitarian crisis. APRIL 2010 Yachting Monthly selects Pump International bilge pump as best manual pump “For sheer keep you afloat as the waves lap the gunwales it has to be the Patay DD120”
